How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch you products within 24 hours, or the next working day of receiving your order. However some items including but not limited to personalised products will have a longer lead time.

What happens if I haven’t received my order confirmation?
You should receive your confirmation from PayPal within a few minutes of placing your order to the email address you entered. Please check your junk mail and other folders if it’s not initially visible. If your confirmation has not arrived after 10 min, please contact us.
What happens is my order does not show up?
Sometime delivery takes longer than expected. If you have not received delivery within 6 working days, please contact us at orders@SimplyGreatGifts.com
What happens is my item arrives damaged?
We do our best to ensure your items arrives safely, unfortunately an accident may have happened in transit. If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
